We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join the Creative Content team to bring our brand to life through dynamic animation, video, and design. This role blends craft, concept, and speed—balancing strong aesthetics with a deep understanding of performance‑driven content. You will create best‑in‑class motion work that elevates our visual language across brand, editorial, and social channels.

The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, collaborative, and hands‑on—equally comfortable concepting storyboards, designing frames, and executing final animation. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects at once, and are energized by experimenting with new formats and trends.

Key job responsibilities

Create visually engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content across brand, social, editorial, and performance channels

Concept, storyboard, design, and animate projects that align with brand guidelines and business objectives

Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, producers, and marketers to define goals and deliver innovative solutions

Edit and animate using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite tools

Incorporate typography, visual effects, color grading, sound design, and finishing techniques to elevate storytelling

Adapt and optimize assets across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms

Work with existing footage and imagery to create reactive or quick‑turn content; capture original footage when needed

Research and apply social and industry trends to ensure work feels fresh, modern, and culturally relevant

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high bar for quality

Incorporate stakeholder feedback and performance insights to continuously improve creative output
