Responsibilities Lead senior-level engagement with institutional clients to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable impact Identify opportunities to expand strategic relationships and deepen platform usage across enterprise accounts Act as the voice of the client internally, translating feedback into actionable insights for product and research teams Build playbooks, dashboards, and operating frameworks to improve visibility and execution across the commercial organization Partner with leadership on cross-functional initiatives such as pricing, client support models, and impact reporting Work hands-on with clients to support AI adoption and workflow transformation across investment teams

Requirements 5–8+ years of experience within or servicing asset management, investment banking, private markets, consulting, or capital markets technology Proven experience managing complex, enterprise client relationships and driving tangible outcomes Strong understanding of institutional investment workflows, data environments, and decision-making processes Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform financial services
