Position Insurance Sales Producer
Location: Wantagh, NY (Hybrid or 100% Remote Possible)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive base + commission + bonuses

In addition to these exclusive Realtor referrals, you’ll also work warm direct mail leads and cross-sell opportunities from our established book of business.
What You’ll Do
Call and follow up with warm leads provided to you
Build relationships and close sales through consultative conversations
Cross-sell existing customers within our Allstate book of business
Maintain detailed records in our CRM
Be a positive, polished contributor to our strong office culture
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of one year of professional sales experience — no exceptions
Insurance license is a major plus (but we will train the right sales professional)
Remote work is available only to candidates who are already licensed and insurance experienced
Outstanding phone presence and communication skills
Self-starter with an insane work ethic and desire to win
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Team player with positive energy
