What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be hands‑on in planning and executing engaging events and promotional campaigns that drive visibility and results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute live and virtual events, including trade shows, pop‑up activations, workshops, and networking events
Coordinate event logistics (venue setup, materials, vendor communication, schedules)
Represent client brands professionally at events and community activations
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align messaging and campaign goals
Support promotional campaigns across social media and email outreach
Track engagement metrics and provide post‑event performance reports
Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and community partners
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in events, promotions, brand marketing, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in fast‑paced environments
Creative mindset with a passion for memorable brand experiences
Comfortable working evenings or weekends when events require
