Mentorship from a
Regional Director with 20+ years of experience 1‑year structured preceptorship
with a dedicated partner and experienced Director of Therapy Opportunity to make a meaningful impact during patients’
3–4 week inpatient stays Therapists typically treat
4–5 patients per day Ideal for a
servant leader

Master’s or Doctorate in
PT, OT, or SLP
(DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT, etc.) Active California license
or ability to obtain 3+ years
of direct patient care experience Inpatient Rehab experience preferred Prior leadership experience as
Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy Proven ability to
