Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.
This role offers $90,000–$100,000 annually and requires bilingual Spanish and must already have an exposed firearm permit for this role, prior security supervisory experience, and a military or law enforcement background is preferred. Must have a CA DL for this role. Weekend and overtime availability is required. The Account Manager will oversee assigned accounts, lead Security Supervisors, and manage site operations. Ideal for candidates with Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager experience.
