
LHH is partnering with a growing industrial supply organization seeking an Industrial Territory Sales Representative. This is a field-based role focused on generating new business while building long-term relationships across industrial, manufacturing, and construction accounts. Success in this position is driven by urgency, follow-through, accuracy in quoting, and the ability to independently manage and grow a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new industrial and construction accounts within the Northeast Florida territory
Expand existing customer relationships by identifying additional revenue opportunities
Conduct regular in-person visits, phone outreach, and structured follow-up
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations, pricing, and lead time guidance
Prepare, track, and follow up on quotes, orders, and open items
Partner closely with inside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
Qualifications
Proven experience selling into industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
Demonstrated success hunting new business and growing a territory
Experience calling on purchasing managers, project managers, superintendents, fabricators, or similar decision makers
Strong follow-through and attention to detail with quoting and communication
Self-starter who can manage a territory independently
Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Field-Based / On-Site)
Compensation $60,000 – $70,000 annually, plus commission, car allowance provided
