## DescriptionAnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time ***Regional Vice President of Retail Sales*** to be responsible for supervising the Area and Branch Managers in a specific region. Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President of Retail Branch Sales, the job responsibilities of the ***Regional Vice President of Retail Sales*** position include, but are not limited, to the following:* Assist with the recruitment and hiring of Loan Officers and branches.* Provide sales training and support.* Provide leadership and direction consistent with the company’s mission, vision and values.* Conduct a minimum of one quarterly site visit per branch.* Conduct at least 2 meetings per month to track and ensure accountability for branches’ financial, recruitment and production goals.* Communicate feedback to corporate services for process improvement to help support branch platform.## Qualifications* High School Diploma or equivalent.* Must have a thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies.* Must have a working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs and private investors.* Must be familiar with local, state and national laws (e.g. zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit requirements, etc.)* Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze financial information.* Must be a sales-oriented self-starter.AnnieMac Home Mortgage offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental and vision plans, along with voluntary benefits, including 401K.***\*\*\*AnnieMac Home Mortgage participates in E-Verify*****\*\*\******\*\*\*AnnieMac Home Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer*****\*\*\***
