Role Overview As a CRM Specialist in the Consumer Home Environment Market segment, you will lead targeted consumer engagement initiatives by translating business and brand strategies into impactful communication efforts. You will collaborate with various teams and external partners, optimize CRM programs, and analyze consumer behavior to improve marketing effectiveness. Your work will support lifecycle marketing, brand guidelines, and strategic spend allocation, directly contributing to business growth and consumer loyalty.
Day in the Life
Develop and execute segmented marketing campaigns via email, SMS, and digital channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on messaging consistency and content creation
Track and analyze consumer engagement metrics to inform strategy
Maintain CRM data hygiene and optimize program performance
Contribute to marketing plans and lifecycle initiatives
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Proven experience in consumer relationship marketing or CRM roles
Minimum 5 years in CRM, digital marketing, or consumer engagement
At least 5 years developing promotional and email campaigns
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and automation tools
Excellent data interpretation and analytics skills
Effective communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities
