Location: Greater Los Angeles
Territory Coverage: Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 base + uncapped commissions
Total Earning Potential: $150,000-$200,000+

Position Overview We are hiring a LA-based Account Executive (Mortgage Loan Officer) to support a high-volume investment real estate partner network. This role will serve as the primary loan officer for 30+ active real estate agents working with investors in Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire.
The Account Executive will manage investor relationships from initial inquiry through loan closing and will travel between offices as needed to support agent relationships and deal flow.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Mortgage Loan Officer for real estate investors referred through an established partner channel
Support and maintain strong relationships with 30+ investment-focused real estate agents
Cover the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets, including in-market travel as required
Consult with real estate investors to understand acquisition strategy, timelines, and financing needs
Structure and present competitive loan options for fix-and-flip, BRRRR, and rental property investments
Match loan requests with appropriate private and hard money capital sources
Manage the full loan process from application through underwriting, approval, and closing
Coordinate with internal processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth, timely closings
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals
Stay informed on local market trends, investor activity, and deal velocity
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in mortgage lending, private lending, or real estate investment finance
Strong understanding of hard money loans and investor-focused mortgage products
Proven ability to manage and close a high-volume loan or sales pipeline
Excellent consultative sales and relationship-management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and loan origination software
Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
Preferred Experience
Experience in hard money, private, wholesale, or correspondent lending
Background working with real estate brokerages, wholesalers, or investment firms
Ability to review purchase contracts, renovation budgets, and investment returns
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $50,000-$70,000
