Account Executive
to help businesses improve shipping efficiency and reduce transportation costs. The role is ideal for a competitive, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong book of business while earning uncapped commissions. You’ll join a growing team selling a high-impact solution that delivers real value to customers.
Client has multiple openings in Orland Park, IL; South Bend, IN; Phoenix, AZ; and Los Angeles, CA
Key Responsibilities
Present logistics and shipping solutions to business owners and executive-level decision-makers
Identify customer challenges and deliver solution-based proposals supported by cost-benefit analysis
Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, closing, onboarding, and training
Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting monthly sales targets
Leverage proprietary technology and strategic carrier partnerships to deliver customized solutions
Qualifications
Sales experience or sales internship preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
Coachable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach
