Express Employment Professionals – Grand Forks is seeking a creative, trend-aware, and strategically minded Marketing & Brand Lead to own and execute all marketing initiatives across multiple divisions of our business. This position requires daily in-office presence and occasional travel to job sites, client locations, and events. This role is embedded in operations and works closely with leadership, recruiters, and project managers to translate business priorities into marketing campaigns, content, and brand strategy that drives applicants, clients, and visibility. This individual leads marketing efforts for the office and serves as the primary owner of brand presence, messaging, and digital engagement. Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Digital Presence

Film and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Stay current on social trends and platform updates Capture real-time content in office, at job sites, and at events Travel as needed to support campaigns and programs Create engaging recruiting and client-focused content Brand & Reputation Management

Monitor social media platforms and review channels daily Respond to comments and feedback promptly and professionally Collaborate with project managers before responding to sensitive situations Protect brand integrity while maintaining empathy and professionalism Escalate concerns requiring leadership involvement Campaign Development & Execution

Build targeted recruiting and client campaigns across divisions Support seasonal and harvest recruiting initiatives Develop messaging tailored to different audiences and industries Assist with launching and monitoring digital ad campaigns Support brand growth initiatives across services Video & Training Content Production

Film & Produce orientation videos Develop educational content supporting services and programs Maintain consistent visual branding across materials Website & Digital Platform Management

Maintain and update three internal websites Launch recruiting landing pages Analytics & Reporting

Track engagement, reach, and applicant flow Recommend improvements based on performance data Qualifications

2–5 years of marketing, digital media, or content experience Strong understanding of social platforms and trends Experience filming and editing video content Strong writing and communication skills Comfortable presenting ideas and updates in meetings Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously Willingness to travel as needed What Success Looks Like
