Dexter-Russell is seeking its first Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team. This role will focus primarily on executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across key channels, while also supporting trade shows and coordinating the development of new brand and product content. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role ideal for someone with foundational digital marketing experience who enjoys managing details, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and contributing to both digital and in‑person brand initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Paid Search & Digital Advertising

Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels Support keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance improvements Monitor budgets and campaign results Amazon & Marketplace Support

Manage Dexter‑Russell’s Amazon Seller Central presence, ensuring accurate, on‑brand product listings Manage Amazon Seller inventory Assist with Amazon advertising and promotional initiatives Monitor listings for pricing issues, content discrepancies, and unauthorized sellers Website & Digital Channels

Manage and update product and brand content on the Dexter‑Russell website, including product pages, imagery, copy, and basic SEO best practices Support website optimization initiatives focused on traffic growth, engagement, and conversion Assist with digital execution for new product launches and promotions Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on key performance metrics across website, paid media, and marketplaces Analyze results to identify opportunities for optimization and growth Support internal reporting and insights for the Marketing team Brand & Product Content Coordination

Coordinate the creation and rollout of new brand and product content across digital channels Work with internal stakeholders, photographers, agencies, and graphic designers to develop marketing assets such as product photography, videos, copy, and graphics Help manage product and brand database (Akeneo) Ensure brand standards and messaging are maintained across all platforms and materials Support content needs related to product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives Assist with planning and execution of Dexter‑Russell’s trade show and industry event presence Coordinate marketing materials for tradeshows, including booth graphics, signage, literature, and digital assets Support pre‑show and post‑show marketing initiatives Assist on‑site during select tradeshows as needed, including booth setup and coordination Support integrated campaigns across digital and in‑person channels Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and external partners as needed Manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or a related role Experience working with websites, digital advertising, or online marketplaces Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable coordinating projects and working cross‑functionally Clear written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and events Experience coordinating creative or marketing content projects Familiarity with Google Analytics, Amazon advertising, or e‑commerce platforms Interest in foodservice, culinary, manufacturing, or professional tools industries WHY DEXTER‑RUSSELL?
