
Sr. Graphic Designer - Kansas City (Hybrid)

The Sr. Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of high visibility firm projects, especially projects that require custom design.
This is a hybrid role located in Kansas City, MO.
Responsibilities
Create clean design work while adhering to firm’s brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand image for marketing collateral and PowerPoint presentations with the highest quality in a timely manner.
Ensure firm brand guidelines are being followed and implemented in all deliverables, such as marketing collateral, evites, creation of new internal event template designs and custom Littler event materials.
Serve as team lead – work closely with team manager to establish approvals and processes on a daily basis. Process approvals and ensure an even distribution for workload when manager is not available.
Create original artwork for ads, company newsletters, logos, annual report, infographics, HTML invitations, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint presentations and additional marketing collateral as needed for firm events.
Cover requests from attorneys and the field (Business Development Managers and Regional Marketing Coordinators) on a regular basis, as well as an as-needed basis outside of regular business hours.
Serve as back up for overflow on other graphic requests and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.
Qualifications
The ability to successfully manage large scale projects with multiple components and deliverables.
A complete and proficient understanding of the full Adobe Creative Suite software.
Ability to develop creative concepts, present them and refine based on feedback.
Ability to critique creative concepts and provide clear feedback to designers.
Strong customer service skills – must be able to communicate effectively with diverse personality types.
Strong grasp of HTML, ability to edit but not create from scratch.
Complete and proficient understanding of PowerPoint.
Strong grasp of UX/UI design experience.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Experience Required
Minimum 5-10 years of corporate design experience is required.
