Overview
Capture and Proposal Lead at Enabled Intelligence, Inc. The Capture and Proposal Lead works directly for the Director, Growth and Partnerships and is responsible for engaging directly with customers, partners and the broader Enabled Intelligence team with a primary focus on delivery winning proposals, quotes, white papers, and other customer facing collateral and information. This position is also responsible for maximizing the use of EI's existing contract vehicles and IDIQ's by meeting with potential customers and helping them learn about these options and how to use them. Enabled Intelligence is looking for candidates with experience in U.S. Government proposals with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and a passion for delivering AI based solutions for defense, intelligence, and US government programs and missions.
Responsibilities
Manage and author Enabled Intelligence go-to-market documents:
You will manage and co-develop RFX responses, white papers, slide decks, social media campaigns, and other materials in support of Product Company growth.
Conduct market research:
You will assist in performing market research on opportunities, customer organizations, competitors, potential partnerships, and domain-specific considerations on an as-needed basis.
Scale internal content libraries and proposal processes:
You will lead the effort to build and maintain a company content library to ensure document quality, effectiveness, and content creation efficiency.
Work with Company Growth, Program and Technical leadership:
You will join external engagements and internal product scoping efforts - and be responsible for translating a wide range of user needs and technical solutions into digestible content.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience working with the federal government
Strong understanding of US defense and intelligence community procurement, budget, and vendor evaluation processes and practices
Applied knowledge proposal management and creation especially for government opportunities.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to create proposals, customer facing presentations, white papers, and conference/workshop presentations
Ability to work in an inclusive culture with a diverse team including people with disabilities
Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Previous Business Development, capture or sales experience within the federal government
Experience working with defense and intelligence agencies
Experience with online tools used by the Federal Government for solicitations
Knowledge of the government use, development, application, and maintenance of artificial intelligence tools
Previous Imagery Analysis Experience
Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Background Check & Security Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to background investigation. This position requires an active Secret Security clearance with the capability to obtain an SCI.
