
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Senior Video Producer will lead our in‑house video and production group to create videos that position Henry Ford Health System as an industry leader. Possesses the ability to bring forth creativity and passion to elevate our video programming across all channels, growing our audiences, while remaining true to our core values to improve people’s lives through excellence in the science and art of health care and healing. The successful candidate will have expertise in all parts of the video production process. Ability to manage and coordinate a video project through each phase of production: concept, scripting, shooting, editing, design, motion, audio mastering, and delivery.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, film, design, broadcast, media production, or related field
At least five (5) years of experience in an agency, at a commercial production company, or within an internal corporate media production environment
Experience with pre‑production planning, production management, and post‑production using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Experience leading and overseeing both live‑action productions and post‑production pipelines
Experience with scheduling, project management, and time management for self and team
Understanding of and experience producing videos for ever‑changing digital and social media platforms
Adept at storytelling in a visual medium
Ability to stay on top of consumer demand and changing video viewing habits
Flexible, positive attitude in the face of high pressure and stressful situations
Excellent grammar and written communication skills
Open‑minded and learning‑oriented mindset
