
The Opportunity
Puig Travel Retail Americas is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager on a temporary basis, for an assignment expected to last for 2-3 months while an employee is on leave. The Marketing Manager will support the implementation of strategy for the Niche portfolio of brands in TR Americas, based on consumer insights and market needs; and assist with setting and implementing business and marketing plans for the brands for upcoming seasons to accomplish objectives in terms of image, market share, net revenues, and profitability.
This temporary assignment requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong collaborative spirit, and a hands‑on approach.
What you’ll get to do Define & Implement Marketing Strategy for the assigned Brands:
Provide consultation to Marketing & Retail Director to define Niche roadmap, identifying key opportunities in the region together with Commercial teams. Define priorities by universe and market.
Identify growth opportunities, needs in terms of product development, digital, innovation, Retail experience, and communicate to Global Brand teams.
Prepare new door openings from door validation with Global Brand teams, to design conception with in-store teams, assortment definition, pricing, Retail experience, training coordination with Sell-through & Education team, Opening event and installation.
Create clear KPI’s tracking tools, analyze and propose actions:
Provide consultation to Marketing & Retail Director and Niche Global TR Manager to develop clear tracking tools to measure performance of doors.
Develop with Global TR, customer research studies to understand brand’s perception, retail experience and adapt to create the most memorable experience.
Liaise with Commercial and Field teams to gather feedback on stores performance and propose actions to boost sales.
Share insights on existing and emerging brands, creative local initiatives, best practices etc.
Keep a finger on the pulse of the competition, identifying strong initiatives across the region.
Identify gaps and areas of opportunity unique to TRA, and propose ways to conquer these points.
Monitor budget, forecast and sales:
Assist with monitoring brands budget Drive forecasting process (CPS).
Monitor forecast and stock availability.
Define a unique Retail experience:
Collaborate with Marketing & Retail Director, Global and TRA Sell-through & Education team to create a unique retail experience from a TR centric selling ceremony to BR's training and Customer experience at the POS.
We’d love to meet you if you have
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Master’s degree preferred.
4-5 years of relevant work experience with Niche beauty brands.
Strong marketing acumen and analytical skills
Good inter-personal skills and team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit
Innovation-driven
Communication effectiveness, integrity, and trust, managing diversity and multiple stakeholders.
Strong interest in travel retail industry, retail trends, innovation and digital passion about the fragrance/beauty and luxury industry
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish
Effectively skilled in Microsoft Office
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
