Overview

CaST is the production partner for Haleon, part of Publicis Groupe. The CaST US Studio sits within Haleon in Warren, NJ and is a retained team of talented creatives and producers delivering work in support of the US marketing teams. The Studio has end-to-end capability, from light creative concepting to post-production, for executional creative and simple production needs. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of production, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, quality control, and documentation. Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely, error-free, and on-budget delivery that meets creative objectives. Collaborate with the Production Planning team and internal stakeholders to plan and execute projects effectively. Develop and maintain project timelines and financials, including job setup, bidding, and reconciliation. Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and content quality. Build and maintain strong relationships within the production industry and uphold agency standards. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and craft techniques. Location & Commitments

Full-time role with a hybrid work model at our client office. 184 Liberty Corner Road, Warren, NJ Qualifications

Proven experience in production (studio or production company preferred). Knowledge of creative retouching, color space, and production fundamentals. Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and financial tracking skills. Excellent communication and client service orientation. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree required. Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
