Primary responsibilities are to develop, implement and coordinate a formal marketing program for the practice internally and externally. The Practice Relationship Coordinator promotes the practice to increase patient volume and strengthen referral relationships with medical and dental practices and local businesses. This role involves outreach, digital marketing, social media content creation, event planning. tracking ROI initiatives, creating marketing products for the office.
Essential Functions:
Referral development, management and event planning:
Establish and maintain open communication with referring doctors, staff and local businesses by actively visiting offices, deliver marketing materials and track referral data. Participate in networking events and promote the practice in the New York City and surrounding areas. Facilitate and coordinate referral study clubs, CE courses and any approved educational programs for the referring community. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
Manage website, Instagram, Facebook accounts; create engaging video/photo content, print/digital materials not limited to brochures, newsletters for practice promotions and educational content. Reputation Management:
Monitor online review platforms and manage responses in coordination with leadership. Other duties to include:
Assist with patient financial treatment consultations and may be assigned accounting duties as necessary to fulfill the practice-marketing plan. Establish and document policies and procedures for managing internal and external customer service operations. Participate fully with all compliance activities. Provide superior customer service consistent with the mission and values of the practice. Maintain the confidentiality of information pertaining to patients, doctors, referring doctors and employees and visitors to the practice. Represent the practice in accordance with Mission, Vision and Values of the practice.
