Role Overview We are looking for a Growth Marketer to accelerate Elisa Industriq’s demand generation and pipeline growth, with a strong focus on digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is driven by performance, thrives on creativity, and believes in rapid experimentation as a way to learn and scale.

You will be a key contributor within our marketing organization and work closely with marketing, sales and product teams. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting our target audiences through data-driven digital marketing. Your work will strengthen our brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities Digital Growth & Campaign Execution

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across key channels, including website, social media, email, and events

Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop high-quality, conversion-oriented content (ads, landing pages, newsletters, customer stories, and sales materials)

Own and optimize Elisa Industriq’s social media presence, both organic and paid, with a strong performance focus

Maintain and continuously improve the local company website, ensuring accurate content, strong user experience, and alignment with conversion goals

Ensure consistent, clear, and compelling brand communication across all digital touchpoints

Monitor market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to inform campaign priorities and messaging

Performance, Conversion & Revenue Optimization

Analyze and report on campaign and channel performance using GA4, HubSpot, and related tools

A/B test and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and funnels to improve conversion rates

Identify friction points in the buyer journey and implement improvements that increase lead and customer conversion

Inbound Lead Generation & Funnel Growth

Own inbound lead generation initiatives with a focus on lead quality and scalability

Optimize email automations and nurture flows to improve lead-to-customer conversion

Introduce trigger-based journeys aligned with intent, lifecycle stage, and buying signals

Drive consistent month-over-month growth in qualified inbound leads

Own the SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy and structure to maximize visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms

Build a clear keyword and content structure that helps the right audience find and trust us

Optimize site structure, internal linking, and content formats to support AI-generated answers and long-form discovery

Analyze performance across search and AI-driven channels, identifying opportunities to scale, refine, or reposition content

Your background

You are driven by performance, creativity, and rapid experimentation

You are comfortable working with data and making decisions based on results, not opinions

You enjoy testing new ideas quickly and iterating based on real-world feedback

You understand B2B, complex sales cycles, and industrial markets

Have strong skills in tracking, conversion analysis, and email automation

Are motivated by results and business impact—not vanity metrics or reach

Experience & Skills Needed in this role

Experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)

Hands‑on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

Experience of creating impactful multi-channel campaigns

Experience working with HubSpot

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language and fluent in English

Basic knowledge in website content management
