
Our Client, a small advertising agency, is seeking a Graphic Designer who creates bold, strategic visual creative across multiple media channels and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This role focuses on translating messaging into compelling visual storytelling while collaborating across teams to develop integrated campaigns.
You Will:
Design creative assets across digital, social, web, print, and video channels. Develop logos, brand identities, and cohesive visual systems. Create digital ads, landing pages, email graphics, and presentation materials that communicate clearly and persuasively. Translate messaging and strategy into strong visual storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and content partners. Prepare and package final production files according to specifications and placement requirements. Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining speed and organization. Incorporate feedback quickly while preserving creative integrity. Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and asset libraries. You Have:
3–5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment. A portfolio demonstrating strong brand identity work and digital-first design thinking. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of motion or animation tools such as After Effects is a plus. Experience using Figma and collaborative design workflows. Familiarity building presentation decks in Google Slides or similar tools. Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, and color theory. Ability to interpret strategic direction and execute persuasive visual solutions. Comfort working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Excellent organization and file management discipline. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Logistics:
