We operate at scale. Our events attract thousands of attendees, major sponsors, and independent food operators. Execution matters.
Role Description We are hiring a Producer to lead execution across our live event portfolio.
You will be responsible for full-cycle production from planning through post-event reporting. This includes logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, sponsor fulfillment, scheduling, run-of-show, and on-site leadership.
You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional team members to ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and at a production standard that protects and elevates the brand.
Qualifications
Strong project management and budget control skills.
Ability to manage vendors, sponsors, and city agency coordination.
Comfort leading teams on-site under pressure.
Familiarity with New York City event operations and permitting is preferred.
This is not a coordination role. This is operational ownership.
