What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Write clear, engaging copy for brand and marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials

Adapt messaging for diverse audiences while adhering to brand voice and guidelines

Collaborate with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns

Revise and iterate copy based on feedback and performance insights

Support go-to-market launches and franchise onboarding materials

What is Required (Qualifications)

2–4+ years of professional copywriting experience in a marketing or brand environment

Experience writing for digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns

Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone for different audiences

Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and manage deadlines

Experience in hospitality, franchise, or multi-location business preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a hospitality or franchise environment

Familiarity with messaging frameworks and tone-of-voice guidelines

Knowledge of marketing trends and digital performance metrics

Experience collaborating with design teams on marketing materials
