Key Responsibilities
Design property flyers, brochures, and offering memorandums Maintain property listings and visuals across company platforms Plan and publish social media content Support brokers with timely, proactive marketing services Assist with bi-annual market trend reports Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Qualifications
Required: Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator & InDesign Experience with social media and digital marketing Strong attention to detail and time management Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace 1-3 years of marketing experience Excellent writing and communication skills Preferred: BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study MailChimp and Webflow experience Why MCP?
