We are seeking an energetic Brand Ambassador to engage with customers face-to-face at various events, retail stores, and promotional campaigns throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. As our Brand Manager, you will: Promote our products and services through interactive product demonstrations and distribution of branded merchandise Build and nurture relationships with customers to boost brand awareness and sales Capture attention with an approachable, enthusiastic attitude and appear approachable to event attendees Represent our brand at sports games, festivals, conferences, and other high-traffic events Report back on customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions Travel to various locations throughout the city and surrounding areas The ideal candidate has: 1-2 years experience in promotions, marketing or customer service Comfort speaking with strangers and working events Self-motivation and passion for our products Daytime, and some weekend availability Reliable transportation Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Join our mission of spreading joy throughout Dallas!
