As part of Venum’s 2026 U.S. growth strategy, we are building a fully autonomous U.S. headquarters in Manhattan and expanding our in‑house creative capabilities to support e‑commerce, retail, social commerce, and brand storytelling across the U.S. market.

Who We Are Looking For We are hiring a

Graphic Designer

to join our in‑house creative team in New York. This role is for a versatile, detail‑oriented designer who understands how strong visuals drive

brand consistency, storytelling, and conversion

across digital and physical touchpoints. You will work closely with Marketing, E‑commerce, Social Media, Product, and Creative teams to bring the Venum brand to life across Venum.com, the Venum App, social platforms, marketplaces, and retail environments.

What You’ll Work On Brand & Marketing Design

Design creative assets for:

Digital marketing campaigns

Product launches and seasonal programs

Brand storytelling and content initiatives

Ensure all designs align with Venum’s global brand guidelines while reflecting U.S. market sensibilities.

E‑commerce & Digital Assets

Create conversion‑driven assets for:

Venum.com and the Venum App

Email marketing and paid media

Marketplaces such as Amazon

Design PDP assets, banners, promotional graphics, and visual storytelling elements.

Social & Content Support

Develop graphics for social media, social commerce, and community engagement.

Support fast‑turn content needs tied to product drops, promotions, and events.

Collaborate with Social Media and Content teams to maintain visual consistency and impact.

Retail & Partner Assets

Design assets for retail and wholesale partners, including:

In‑store signage and displays

Lookbooks and sell‑in materials

Event and activation graphics

Adapt creative for different retail environments while maintaining brand integrity.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

Marketing Director and Marketing team

E‑commerce team

Product and Category teams

Photography and Content teams

Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas to elevate overall visual execution.

Who You’ll Work With

Marketing Director (U.S.) for creative direction and priorities

E‑commerce and Social teams for digital execution

Product and Category teams for accurate product representation

In‑house Photographer and Content creators

External partners as needed

What You Bring

3–6+ years of professional graphic design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, brand, and marketing design work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Understanding of e‑commerce and performance‑driven design

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative

Passion for sports, performance, or streetwear culture is a plus

Compensation & Benefits This role will be compensated with a good‑faith pay range of

$75,000–$90,000 . Final base pay will depend on several factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications or professional licenses, and overall performance throughout the interview process.
