About the Role The Partner Relations Manager is a faith-centered relationship builder and individual giving strategist responsible for inspiring, cultivating, and sustaining deep, trust-based partnerships with individuals who support the mission of Creflo Dollar Ministries (CDM). This role exists to capture hearts, build lifelong partner journeys, and mobilize personal generosity that advances the Gospel of Jesus Christ and expands the ministry’s domestic and global outreach.

This position is not focused on corporate or institutional fundraising. It is designed for a leader who thrives in one-to-one and one-to-many relationship cultivation, transforming listeners, attendees, and supporters into committed, long-term individual partners through authentic connection, spiritual alignment, and consistent stewardship.

The Partner Relations Manager leads the strategy, systems, and team responsible for individual partner growth, retention, and engagement, ensuring every partner feels seen, valued, and spiritually connected to the impact of their giving.

Built or expanded a high-touch monthly partner program with consistent net growth

Established and actively manage a personal portfolio of major individual partners

Implemented a partner journey framework from first connection to long-term stewardship

Delivered clear, compelling impact reporting that connects giving to lives changed

Developed a trained, high-performing Partner Relations team aligned in voice, values, and results

Created leadership dashboards tracking partner growth, retention, and generosity

Key Responsibilities Individual Partner Growth & Giving Strategy

Design and lead a comprehensive individual giving and partner growth strategy focused on monthly partners, major individual donors, and long-term stewardship.

Build and manage partner journeys that guide individuals from first connection to active, committed partnership.

Develop faith-centered engagement pathways using storytelling, testimony, and ministry impact.

Drive measurable growth in partner participation, retention, and personal contributions.

Relationship Cultivation & Stewardship

Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-impact individual partners and major givers through calls, visits, prayer touchpoints, and personalized impact updates.

Establish consistent, meaningful communication and pastoral follow-up that reinforces belonging, gratitude, and trust.

Identify, cultivate, and close transformational individual gifts aligned with CDM’s ministry priorities.

Outreach & Ministry Alignment

Partner with ministry, outreach, and media teams to align partner engagement with local and global impact stories.

Mobilize partners to support outreach initiatives through prayer, giving, and advocacy.

Translate ministry outcomes into clear, compelling partner communications.

Lead the planning and execution of individual partner campaigns and engagement initiatives.

Establish and track performance benchmarks for partner acquisition, retention, and giving growth.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless partner experience across digital, broadcast, and in-person touchpoints.

Data, CRM & Performance Insight

Own and optimize the individual partner CRM system to track giving history, engagement activity, and partner journeys.

Analyze trends in partner behavior and generosity to continuously refine engagement strategies.

Prepare and present regular performance and impact reports to ministry leadership.

Lead, train, and coach Partner Relations staff in relationship-based fundraising, spiritual stewardship, and excellence in partner care.

Maintain SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement.

Foster a culture of service, faith, accountability, and results-driven ministry impact.

Ethics, Compliance & Stewardship

Ensure all giving and partner engagement practices reflect biblical stewardship, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Maintain transparency, accountability, and integrity in all partner-related activities.

A professional with a background in Business Development, Account Management, or Account Executive/Sales roles who excels at building long‑term relationships, managing portfolios, and consistently closing high-impact individual commitments in a values‑driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in individual giving, donor relations, ministry development, or faith‑based nonprofit fundraising

Demonstrated success personally cultivating and closing individual gifts, including managing monthly partner and major donor portfolios

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or similar platforms

Team leadership and training experience

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Personal alignment with the mission and values of Creflo Dollar Ministries

Compensation Compensation will be competitive and aligned with demonstrated success in individual partner growth and major gift development.
