Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Odessa, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting customers with quotes, order entry, product inquiries, and follow-up communication. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inbound calls and emails, preparing and tracking quotes, coordinating with operations and shop teams, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. The role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and consistent communication with both customers and internal teams. Building long-term customer relationships and supporting outside sales efforts are key components of this position. Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account support, preferably in oilfield services or industrial equipment Knowledge of oilfield pumping equipment, fluid ends, or related products is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset High school diploma or equivalent required Oil and gas industry experience preferred
