Mobility Services –includes the autonomous, on-site fleet lease, individual short-term rental services, and mobility repairs.

Mobility Sales –includes sale of new products through brick-and-mortar retail, online, and alternative product distribution channels.

Job Title: Territory Sales Associate - Western US Location: Phoenix/Scottsdale or Las Vegas- US based mandatory with a 75% travel component Reports to: National Sales Manager, WHILL Mobility Sales WHILL, Inc., the leader in innovative mobility devices and services, is growing and seeking an energetic and motivated Territory Sales Associate – Western U.S. to join our team. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, WHILL, Inc. is seeking an energetic and motivated Territory Sales Associate to support sales growth across the Western U.S. (AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, WA). This entry-level sales role provides hands‑on exposure to outside sales, channel partnerships, and the medical device industry. The associate will work closely with senior sales leaders to engage prospective and existing partners, support training efforts, and help expand WHILL’s market presence.

No prior experience in medical device sales is required for this role; however, a strong passion for learning and effective time‑management skills is essential.

Responsibilities:

Meet with potential and existing B2B partners to conduct sales presentations, in‑services, and training sessions.

Support the achievement of regional revenue goals within the assigned territory.

Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and targeted outbound outreach.

Help execute territory and account strategies in coordination with sales leadership.

Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, opportunities, and activity notes.

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify new revenue opportunities.

Travel extensively (up to 75%) to build relationships with customers and channel partners.

Provide excellent service to customers, prospects, and partners.

Attend trade shows, marketing events, and company meetings as needed

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or business development preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.

Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Motivated self‑starter with a desire to learn medical device sales.

Demonstrated ability to meet goals or performance targets.

Excellent time management skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Physical ability to lift, load, and transport devices weighing up to 60 lbs as part of product demonstrations and training sessions.

Additional Information

Salary range: 75K-85K annually (plus an opportunity for additional commission based on sales)

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 60 lbs independently

Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 60 pounds independently.

Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.

Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, or reach to perform routine or business‑related tasks.

Communication & Collaboration Requirements:

Active participation in virtual meetings is an essential function of this role. The employee must be able to consistently engage in scheduled video calls, presentations, and team discussions using various video conferencing platforms. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities with attention to detail and responsiveness. Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.

Remote/Hybrid/Field BasedWork Requirements:

Must be able to work in various environments, including office, remote, and field‑based settings, depending on business needs. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and maintain a professional, distraction‑free remote work environment when working remotely. Must be available during assigned projects/field‑based work unless otherwise approved by management.

Travel Requirements:

Must be able to travel by airplane/car to domestic or international without restrictions as needed. The person in this position will be expected to travel frequently up to 75% of the time.

Technology Use:

Ability to operate a computer, phone, and standard office equipment for extended periods. Proficiency or willingness to learn digital platforms for communication, documentation, and task management.

Attendance and Time Commitment:

Regular, predictable attendance is required. Timely responsiveness and presence during scheduled virtual meetings and operational check‑ins are expected. Occasional flexibility to assist with urgent department needs.
