Sales personnel are paid a base pay plus commission and bonuses with the ability to earn additional bonus money from Chevrolet.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age

Professional communication skills with customers and team members

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record with a valid non-suspended driver’s license

Background check and drug screen

Bilingual strongly recommended

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent oral and written communication skill

Pre-employment screening: background check, clean driving record, valid non-suspended driver's license and drug testing

Responsibilities

Prospect for new clients daily to grow your customer base

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

Update your CRM tool daily to track all prospects daily

Complete your GM training every quarter to remain in good standing with the store

Be punctual when arriving and be ready to go when your shift starts

Maintain a CSI score that is consistent with manufacturer guidelines

Learn how to do a proper demonstration of a new or used vehicle by highlighting features and benefits

Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions

Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times with your fellow peers and with guests

Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business

Learn to overcome objections
