We are seeking an
Account Manager
to join our team and build strong relationships with our clients. This role is all about client retention and driving expansion within a select group of clients. You'll be responsible for onboarding, account management, and collaborating closely with the revenue team to ensure client success.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with the revenue team to achieve quarterly goals
Oversee post‑sale processes to ensure smooth execution for mid‑market clients
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing technical training and recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success
Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices
Identify opportunities for expansion within your portfolio of clients
What we are looking for
A problem‑solver with a keen business sense and consultative sales experience
Strong customer‑facing skills, especially with mid‑market clients
Proven experience upselling complex software in a managed model
2+ years of B2B experience in a start‑up or growth‑stage company
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

The compensation range for an Account Manager is expected to be between $70,000 and $110,000 On Target Earnings (OTE), including bonuses or commissions. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
