Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Manager at our locations in St. Johns + St. Augustine, FL. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, building client relationships, analyzing sales data, implementing marketing initiatives, and providing team training and mentorship. The role will also involve managing targets, reporting on sales performance, and fostering an inspiring work environment.
Qualifications
Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching abilities
Experience with Sales Analytics and Performance Tracking
Marketing Knowledge and Strategic Planning Expertise
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

2+ years of work experience with Account Sales Strategies
