A leading global electrical distributor serving the industrial market is seeking an

Industrial Sales Representative

to drive growth across the Huntsville region.

This organization partners with manufacturers, OEMs, integrators, and industrial end users to deliver electrical, automation, and engineered solutions. With a strong international footprint and deep technical resources, they offer the backing of a global enterprise with the agility to compete locally.

The Opportunity This is a high-visibility, growth-focused outside sales role responsible for developing new business while expanding existing industrial accounts throughout the Huntsville and surrounding markets.

You will leverage a broad portfolio of electrical and industrial products, technical support, and supply chain capabilities to create value for customers in manufacturing, processing, and heavy industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory growth plan

Identify and win new industrial/OEM accounts

Expand share of wallet within existing customers

Partner with inside sales, specialists, and leadership to deliver technical solutions

Manage pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations

Maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting

Stay current on industry trends, automation, and electrical solutions

Ideal Background

3+ years of industrial outside sales experience

Experience selling electrical, automation, MRO, or industrial products

Strong hunter mentality with relationship-building skills

Ability to sell value-based solutions (not just transactional product)

Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment

Experience calling on manufacturing plants, OEMs, contractors, or system integrators preferred
