A high-growth GenAI company building next-generation marketing capabilities for modern teams. The platform is already trusted by recognizable brands such as Coinbase, Oura, and ZoomInfo, and the team brings deep AI and engineering pedigree. This is an early sales hire opportunity with meaningful ownership in shaping go-to-market.

Role Overview As an early sales hire (the third on the sales team), this role owns the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close. This position partners closely with the founders to help shape go-to-market strategy, build foundational sales processes, and translate customer insights into product feedback that influences the roadmap.

What You’ll Do

Identify, prospect, and close mid‑market to enterprise opportunities across the full sales cycle (outbound to close).

Own revenue targets and consistently drive deals in the $25K–$80K+ ACV range.

Collaborate with founders on messaging, positioning, sales playbooks, and scalable sales processes/tools; provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.

Who You Are

1–5+ years of SaaS sales experience; MarTech and/or B2B selling experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to close $25K–$80K+ ACV deals, ideally in mid‑market and enterprise segments.

Strong communicator with high curiosity and a bias for action; thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch.
