Role Description This full-time, on-site position of Regional Sales Representative is located in Harrisburg, NC. The role involves managing relationships with current clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting regional sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer support, to include pricing, scheduling and transportation. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
Sales and customer relationship management skills, including negotiation and handling client inquiries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and internal collaboration
Proficiency in tracking sales metrics and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage
