Job Overview Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a charismatic, dependable, attentive Hyper Wellness Representative to join our growing team. The Hyper Wellness Representative will be the first person our clients meet, responsible for creating lasting first impressions and representing the Restore brand as you share the science behind the services and communicate our story while helping everyone begin or enhance their wellness journey.

Compensation Competitive hourly wage plus bonuses. The hourly range includes hourly rate plus possible variable compensation (personal and team bonuses).

Day in the Life
Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment for all members, clients, and staff.
Multi‑task and excel in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Communicate with members and clients via telephone, email, and face‑to‑face to promote Restore and our service offerings.
Provide guest tours, sell packages and memberships.
Educate clients on all modalities and benefits, recommend products to support and enhance their goals.
Ensure proper onboarding of new members and clients through waivers, agreements, and client profiles.
Support and contribute to sales performance and operational outcomes for the store.
Administer all non‑medical and non‑specialty services.
Community outreach: assist in lead generation, attend community events, contribute to social media efforts and act as a brand ambassador.
Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle.
Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued, and recognized for their contributions.
Qualifications
Passionate about health and wellness
At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
Comfortable working weekends
Strong communication and collaboration skills
