Sales Account Manager (Full Time, Regular) If you are a leader who has experience successfully championing and delivering positive cultural change, then keep reading! We are searching for a result oriented Sales Account Manager to join our Vantage Team.

Requirements

BA or BS degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

3–5 years of sales administration or customer account experience (elevator industry experience a plus but not required).

Proven track record in sales or account management.

Excellent communication and computer skills.

Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales within assigned territory.

Conduct inside and outside sales calls, including visits to customers, consultants, and occasional trade shows.

Prepare quotes, review customer specifications, and present proposals for new business.

Cold call potential customers within the territory (minimum of 60 calls per week).

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information, contact logs, and sales prospect lists in company systems.

Meet and exceed all sales and business targets.

Communicate effectively with customers and internal management teams.

Attend customer‑related functions outside regular working hours as needed (e.g., dinners or meetings).

Continuously expand knowledge of company products and services (training provided).

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Hazards

General office environment.

Must be able to remain sedentary for extended periods of time.

The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields.

Risk of injury on manufacturing floor.

Special Physical Demands

Limited physical effort. Requires occasional moving of materials and equipment.

Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Benefits Of Working With Us

Salary for California Applicants: $67,000 - $85,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation)
