Pay Rate: $35/hr/W2
Education and Years of Experience:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in related field. Bonus Master’s Degree
3-5 years of applicable experience

Key Responsibilities The main function of this role is supporting customer and company requirements for order and/or account management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes and support Team co-workers.
Job Responsibilities
Order Management processing for accounts and related account procedures.
Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.
Return processing
Informing order status and support inquires for direct Account Customers
Support Team Members for order processing and account portfolios
Ad Hoc Reporting
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal
Ability to work independently
Ability for Accuracy
Time management
Intermediate computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Use of Outlook with Multiple Inboxes
EDI
SAP
Multi-tasking with Attention to Detail
