Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Account Manager in a hunting role at IntegraONE located in Cranberry Township, PA and covering a territory within Western PA, Eastern OH, and West Virginia. The Account Manager will be responsible for landing new logos, managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
Sales and Business Development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4+ years Experience in IT Solutions or Technology industry with direct knowledge of compute/storage,networking, security, and endpoints sales
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
8+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven track record of performance from current sales position.
Ability to create and execute account plans.
Demonstrated success in exhibiting key components in prospecting, closing new logos and building existing account base.
Strong sales acumen and discipline.
Strong communications both verbally and written.
Highly organized, detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
Fast learner and demonstrated ability to multi-task.
Enjoy working as part of a team at a fast-paced company and ever-changing IT industry.
Highly self-motivated to ensure success in a very competitive profession.
Compensation ranges in $60-90K base salary (depending upon experience) plus commission, plus company paid benefits. Total OTE to be negotiated through discussion with significant upside beyond 2 years of service.
Candidate will work out of our Seven Fields office in hybrid setting (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remotely per week).
