Role: Field Adjuster (Property/Auto claims)

Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and customer‑centric individual to join our team as a Property Field Adjuster, where you'll manage property damage claims and conduct inspections. We're seeking an individual with excellent decision‑making skills, ability to work under pressure, solid organizational skills, exemplary customer service skills, as well as time management skills to balance various tasks in a standard workday. Handle property field claims from First Notice of Loss to conclusion, including investigation, documentation, coverage analysis, estimation development, and subrogation/salvage assessment. Provide guidance and support to policyholders throughout the claims process, with prompt communication and excellent attention to detail. Conduct field‑based inspections to determine the extent of the loss and prepare detailed estimates and documentation to support insurance claims. Establish relationships with producing agencies. Participation in catastrophe duty as needed. CAT duty can be throughout the United States and can last up to 4 weeks. Qualifications
Previous property claims experience Ability to scope, diagram and estimate property damages. Mobile home and Dwelling construction knowledge preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/industry experience. Proficiency in Symbility, Xactimate or similar estimating platform experience. Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Industry training, coursework, certifications are preferred.
