Generation Specialist

who thrives on high-energy outreach and building long-lasting rapport.

The ideal candidate understands that

conversations drive conversions.

You should be comfortable managing a high volume of outbound activity, tracking complex KPIs, and using a "hunter mentality" to turn cold prospects into long-term channel partners.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Pipeline Management:

Own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of existing and potential dealers via proactive telephone and email engagement.

New Business Development:

Aggressively prospect for new dealers and identify untapped market opportunities to build a robust quote pipeline.

Product Expertise:

Develop a deep technical understanding of our global product catalog to act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Consultative Selling:

Analyze customer business cycles to craft persuasive sales proposals that overcome objections and solve specific industry pain points.

Strategic Support:

Provide critical sales intelligence and support to outside Business Development Managers to close enterprise-level deals.

CRM Integrity:

Maintain meticulous records of all leads, opportunities, and communications within the

Zoho CRM

system.

Reporting:

Submit monthly sales forecasts and market trend analyses to senior management to guide regional strategy.

Requirements

Experience:

Proven track record in inside sales, high-volume lead generation, or a target-driven call center environment.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to create compelling presentations and build instant rapport over the phone.

Negotiation:

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex contract discussions and close deals.

Organization:

Ability to prioritize a high-velocity workload and manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.

Drive:

Self-motivated with a "win" mindset and a consistent history of exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in the weighing, measurement, or industrial hardware industry is a plus, but not required.
