*This is a commission-only position in the Commercial Real Estate industry located in Manhattan, NY* Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associates, Senior Sales Associates or Vice Presidents to join our investment sales team. This is a commission-based production role designed for a proven closer who thrives in a high-performance environment and is ready to leverage SAB Capital’s national platform and collaborative culture. In this role, you will source, structure, and close single-tenant net lease transactions across retail, medical, industrial, and specialty sectors, while leveraging our vertical specialization and brand reach to grow your personal book of business. Key Verticals Within SAB: Net Lease & Retail (National) Affordable Housing (National) Industrial (Brooklyn + Northeast) 1031 Advisory and Execution Desk Sale Leaseback Advisory and Execution Desk Key Responsibilities: Business Development

– Source and cultivate relationships with private investors, institutions, developers, and brokers nationwide. Transaction Management

– Lead deals from listing through closing, including underwriting, pricing strategy, negotiations, and due diligence coordination. Client Advisory

– Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering data-driven insights, strategic positioning, and market intelligence to maximize value for clients. Collaboration

– Work closely with SAB Capital’s marketing, research, and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class execution. Market Expertise

– Stay ahead of trends in your respective sector, identifying opportunities for clients and proactively bringing them to market. Brand Building

– Represent SAB Capital through thought leadership, whitepapers, and targeted social media presence to increase visibility and market penetration. Qualifications: Experience:

1-5+ years in commercial real estate investment sales, preferably with net lease, retail, or capital markets focus. Track Record:

Demonstrated history of closing transactions and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills:

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal management skills. Mindset:

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and accountable with a desire to grow personal income and market share. Network:
