The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management is currently seeking a Temporary Sales Coordinator to join their team of professionals. Duties

Supports the sales team by tracking client leads, maintaining opportunity pipelines, and updating customer records using the Delphi database or similar CRM platforms. Assists with the preparation of proposals, responding to client inquiries, and scheduling site inspections for weekday and multi-day events. Aids in the coordination of event logistics including room setup, food and beverage needs, audiovisual coordination, parking, and other on‑site support functions. Helps ensure compliance with contract requirements, including per diem rates, non‑profit guidelines, and specific funding‑related constraints. Assists with generating invoices and compiling post‑event financial summaries. Coordinates with internal departments (e.g., custodial, police, signage, audiovisual) to ensure smooth event execution. Provides general administrative and event‑related support to the Dean's Office and Kovens Conference Center as needed. Maintains documentation and records related to events, client communications, and contract agreements. Participates in regular team meetings and stays informed on event management trends under the guidance of senior staff. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience. Desired Qualifications

Temporary Temporary Disclosure
