The company is growing and seeks a Regional Sales Manager for a full‑time, on‑site position (first shift, daytime). The role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory and to export countries in North America and involves teleconferencing.

Responsibilities
Direct sales in a multi‑state territory and possible North American export regions for automated assembly machinery and products.
Support sales work and customer applications for Independent Sales Reps in the territory.
Frequent travel and teleconferencing as needed.
Technically competent to sell engineered‑to‑order machinery and mechanisms for small parts assembly.
Motivated to serve customers and the company with integrity, teamwork, strong work ethic, and personal organizational skills.
Accomplished in listening and communication, understanding and documenting customer needs, and developing best‑approach solutions.
Qualifications
Technical understanding of mechanisms, robotics, controls, current manufacturing and assembly processes.
Three to six years of sales experience in automation machinery.
