
AutoNation is currently seeking a Dealer Account Manager to join AutoNation Finance – a team that specializes in helping our dealerships and consumers finance vehicle purchases. We specialize in auto lending, building long‑term relationships with our stores and generating quality receivables. Job Responsibilities
Maintain & Strengthen Dealer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for AutoNation dealerships located in Southern Texas, delivering consistent support and guidance to ensure alignment, enhance collaboration, and maximize performance.
Foster Relationships with Dealership Personnel: Initiate and build relationships with dealership personnel, including General Managers, Finance Managers, Sales Department, and Business Office.
Provide Ongoing Education & Guidance: Actively support dealers through daily interactions and hands‑on guidance, focusing on reinforcing processes, answering questions, and providing additional training if necessary.
Support the Funding Process: Assist dealers in navigating the funding process by acting as a liaison between AutoNation Finance and AutoNation dealerships and ensuring dealers have the necessary information to move deals forward.
Drive Individual & Dealership Performance: Champion growth by achieving key performance metrics, including unit goals and deal volume.
Qualifications
3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
Proven ability to build strong relationships
Excellent follow‑through and organization
Confident, professional presentation skills
True desire to give outstanding customer service
High energy and a positive, “can do” attitude
Results focused with a competitive drive
Working knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
