Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you’ll work closely with existing clients to own renewals and manage the full cycle of upsell and cross-sell opportunities from identification to close to drive long-term account growth. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and consistently exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through renewals and strategic expansion Own the full sales cycle for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Collaborate closely with Customer Success to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate churn risk Develop deep understanding of complex software solutions and articulate their value by aligning product capabilities to customer needs Maintain accurate CRM documentation to track pipeline, forecast renewals, and report on account-level revenue performance Meet or exceed assigned quotas for expansion revenue and renewals Travel as needed to tradeshows and to meet with key accounts, attend customer onsite meetings, and support high-value renewal or expansion opportunities Qualifications

3+ yrs of experience in quota-carrying Account Management or Customer Growth roles in healthcare/SaaS Proven success in expanding accounts through upselling and cross-selling and managing renewals Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and communicate software solutions Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with evolving processes What We Offer
