You Are As a

Senior Director, Strategic Account Sales

at Arteris you are a dynamic and experienced Executive Account Manager with a proven track record selling large transaction strategic accounts. With over 8 years of experience, you possess strong business development skills and have a history of successfully developing and closing business opportunities. Knowledge for some of the leading Semiconductor and AI companies is a plus.

An understanding of selling to large complex organizations, with multiple technical and business needs. You have the ability to grasp complex technical data and effectively communicate it to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

With a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a comparable field, you are equipped with the technical foundation necessary to excel in this role. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to interact seamlessly with customers' engineering and business staff at all levels, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the sales of Arteris complete IP and software solutions to the semiconductor SOCs teams within AI, Datacenter and strategic Tier 1 customers

Driving pipeline, forecast, and booking/revenue results

Developing and implementing a multi‑year product sales strategy for solutions in assigned regions and accounts

Creating and executing business development plans to meet product line and sales goals

Managing and expanding business with your key account by identifying needs and collaborating with internal teams to address them

Initiating regular customer contact to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements for software development, system testing

Identifying market potential by qualifying customers and expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products, processes, and services

Contributing to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and providing feedback from customers

Gathering and assessing customer input from your key accounts

Collaborating with product and business management teams to ensure differentiated product offerings are available for customers in your territory

The Impact You Will Have

Driving the adoption of Arteris platforms across industry leaders, enabling customers to use Chiplets and the very best CPUs, GPU, VPU, NPU and other engine together to develop some of the most cutting‑edge AI and datacenter products

Shaping the future of the way SoC project are implemented, proving organizational efficiency and product performance

Facilitating the development of innovative solutions that enhance the business to adapt to changing regional or technology needs

Strengthening Arteris’ presence and reputation within the over AI market

Providing valuable insights and feedback to product and business management teams, influencing product development and strategy

Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with key automotive OEM/Tier 1 customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You’ll Need

Over 8 years of related experience in technical selling, field applications engineering, and/or sales management

Proven business development skills with a history of developing and closing business opportunities

Strong connections within the automotive Tier‑1 and OEM sectors

A working knowledge of automotive software development, system testing, and the transition to software‑defined vehicles

The ability to grasp complex technical data and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Knowledge of OEM/Tier‑1 automotive ECU and vehicle electronics development processes

Strong awareness of software CI/CD development flows and system design knowledge

Experience or awareness in vehicle networking and test system design/development

A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a comparable field

Estimated Base Salary

$175,000 to $200,000 annually. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions
