Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Customer Account Manager role based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Customer Account Manager will oversee client accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent support, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include effectively addressing customer needs, analyzing account performance, and communicating regularly with clients to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support to provide exceptional experiences and meet or exceed expectations
Strong skills in Account Management for maintaining and growing customer relationships
Effective Communication skills, including written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional engagement with clients and internal teams
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating customer needs and identifying actionable solutions
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks effectively
Prior experience in the printing or technology industry is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
