PERMANENT PART‑TIME POSITION
Permanent part‑time position with daytime hours (no weekends).
Local candidates train in our Mahwah, NJ office and can eventually work from home.
Starting wage of $25-$33/hour depending on experience (higher pay rate reserved for candidates with specific experience recruiting financial advisors).
Performance bonuses, ongoing training and paid time off.

Has cold calling, direct sales, business development and/or account management experience.
Has an outgoing personality, is conversational, perceptive and a strong active listener.
Unfazed by rejection, determined to secure appointments and accountable to take ownership of challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS
Able to think on your feet – we don’t use scripts!
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
MS Office proficiency. CRM experience is a plus.
Prior financial advisor recruiting experience is a plus!
