Earning Potential : $80,000–$150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

Strategically prospect, pitch, and close new business across your multi-state territory

Build and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, luxury home builders, contractors, and distributors

Educate and influence through web-based presentations and in-person demos

Partner with internal design and inside sales teams to drive appointments and follow-through

Maintain a disciplined, high-output sales cadence using CRM tools and performance metrics

Sell the value, not the price—this is a premium product for discerning buyers

What You Bring to the Table

Proven success in B2B/B2C sales—ideally in building materials, construction, or another premium product industry

A true hunter mentality—you wake up excited to prospect, pursue, and close

Comfort in competitive, price-sensitive markets where product education wins the day

High-level communication skills—equally confident on a jobsite or in a boardroom

Strong technical presentation skills using digital tools and web-based platforms

CRM fluency and a love of organization, pipeline management, and follow-up

Ability to manage a large, remote territory with self-driven structure and accountability

Willingness to travel 50% of the time (yes, Hawaii is in the territory… aloha bonus?)

Bonus Points If You’re:

A confident negotiator and strategist with high emotional intelligence

Experienced selling to HNWIs and luxury clientele

Skilled at uncovering opportunities and cultivating repeat business over time

Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and complex decision-making chains

A natural collaborator who knows how to align with inside teams to win the sale

Target market is 80% high-end residential, 20% commercial

Clients range from luxury contractors and architects to ultra-high-net-worth individuals

Sales process is long-term and relationship driven—not a transactional grind

Ideal candidates are those who can communicate value and uniqueness, not just price
